Bill Yerian (Yerean?) at drugstore bought from founder W.F. Berry who came to Montebello from Denver in 1911 for his health. Berry was Montebello's first postmaster. The store was later reported to be purchased in the 1940s by Hyman Levy and named Center Pharmacy. It was said to be located at 520 Whittier Blvd.
