If the unincorporated community of East Los Angeles were actually an incorporated city, with a 2023 estimated population of 106,903, it would rank as Los Angeles County's eleventh most populous city.
The city with the highest percent population growth in L.A. County, between 2020 and 2022, was Vernon. It had one of the smallest populations of the county's cities, but grew an estimated 48% over the two years. As for the largest percent population loss among L.A. County's cities, that would be the two affluent cities of Bradbury and Rolling Hills. Although both cities also have relatively small populations, both shrank about 16% from 2020 through 2022.
